Serve through hand-made gifts and teaching opportunities.
Summary of goals
There are two potential aspects to this role.
The first is behind the scenes since it does not have interaction with internationals. It is making crafts to help welcome them to our area. The crafts may be included in welcome bags or as part of their joining an English class.
The second would be to actually help lead a craft time as a social event.
As with the creative nature of crafts, there is a lot of flexibility in terms of what you make or how involved you want to make it.
