Listener
Why? (purpose of this role)
We need lots of feedback from our volunteers and those we serve in order to love well. In this role you can help us in getting this feedback. Don't worry, we can make it easy.
What? (goals of this role)
One of the great privileges we have is to listen to the internationals among us. There are important questions we want to ask them in order to help us serve them better, but we don’t have enough people to do the asking. We can provide the questions for you and the contact info and then you would connect with them in whatever means you can. This could be using one or more of these mediums: voice, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, or possibly text.
Some of these questions would be very open-ended and some would be more narrow, but carefully constructed.
Some of the goals we would have with this type of communication include:
- finding out what their needs and desires are
- finding out how we are doing in serving them (are we keeping our promises?)

Prerequisites
There are many reasons we can find to avoid connecting with Jesus' bride. But He still loves her and is working in and through her, so we need to lean in. And sporadic or virtual participation is not enough (unless you're in a closed country where there are no local believers).
