About Us

In the early 2000s, the American International Fellowship was started to serve internationals in our area. Shortly after, it grew into International Link, a faith-based organization made up of individuals and churches across the Augusta metro area who enjoy serving and spending time with our international neighbors.

Our Vision

Seeing people of every language worshipping God together.

What does it mean to be “faith based”?

We are grateful recipients of the radical love and hospitality of God, and we cannot help but respond. Our love for God and others drives us; and we cannot change who we are and be silent or inactive.

However, this does not mean we force others to think like us… that is not loving. On the contrary, we delight in asking questions… we love to listen, to engage, to understand.

What does it mean to be “for Internationals”?

First, it means that we love and enjoy them! We have the conviction that they are not projects, but they are beautiful people who enrich our lives. Although we know they need Jesus as we do, we also believe they are made in the image of God.

Being “for” them also means recognizing that being an outsider is hard and we want to help. Some of us recently came from another country, and all of us who are involved know that we are spiritual foreigners here on earth. We long to see our international friends, co-workers, family, & neighbors thrive in every way…spiritually, relationally, vocationally, etc.

What do we believe?
