Volunteer Roles
Military Ministry Prayer Catalyzer
Why? (purpose of this role)
What? (goals of this role)
Jesus said, “apart from Me you can do nothing,” and we believe that. We are tired of relying on our own money, gifting, education, networks, or anything else. We want to see Him move among the internationals at the fort. Being a prayer catalyzer first of all means praying with us. Second, it means helping us come up with and implement strategies and tactics for nurturing a culture of prayer in the ministry to internationals at the fort. We also have a lot of ideas we can collaborate on, but need a point person.

Prerequisites
Be trained on the attitudes and skills necessary for serving in a military context.
Having military experience is not enough. Part of serving cross-culturally means always being a learner because we will never be an insider. This area is no exception as there are unique elements to serving Int'l Military Students and stewarding the trust of the fort.
