Why? (purpose of this role)
There are a lot of moving pieces in our ministry and we want to make sure we love well, not only by obeying the law, but going beyond that to the "law of love" in scripture with good ethical practices. We need someone who doesn't mind details and who can think with prevention in mind.
What? (goals of this role)
Advising or implementing policies in areas such as:
Policy to protect director and volunteers in light of 1 on 1 meetings
Software law (e.g. Google for non-profits)
Website terms
CRM privacy policy
Use of photos in communication material
