Put up ESL signs outside early and take down after break especially from the street and along the walkway to show which door, as several evening students have been confused in the past about which door.
- Here is what we tell them online: https://internationallink.org/locations (this page – and the whole website – is translatable into many different languages with the click of a button in the top of the site)
- FPC custodian may be able to help you set these out in evenings. Edra may be able to help set these out in mornings.
➡️Unlock exterior door by 45 minutes or an hour prior when class starts
- You can set the door so it will stay unlocked using the allen wrench that is on the windowsill on the right behind the curtain as you walk in.
- Ensure that you un-set the door so it will lock again when ESL is over around 11:15. The International Bible Study (led by Jenkie Hatcher) is still meeting, but they should all be there by then. We are in the habit of locking it in this way. If they have someone come really late, they can let them in.
- Optional: For evening School (at First Pres, in color pink as other specific instructions for that person), when they arrive they should check to make sure the alarm system has no faults. If so, contact FPC operations manager: Owen (his email /phone should already be on that page)
