For new families, to a quick orientation ‘tour’ e.g. explain all locations both inside and out for where childcare will take place, if planning on taking kids outside, inform parents during drop off.

Optional: When we are healthier might be able to provide a suggestion list of games/activities to do?
Be prepared to stop parents if they try to enter the nursery. But be willing to quickly bring their child to them if the try to come in.
- The reason is that, we don’t want the parents to feel like they can’t get their kids, but the parents can’t just come in and workers are the ones who are going to be enforcing that.

If an accident/incident occurs (e.g. child slips and bumps head, gets stung by an insect outside, gets into an altercation with another kid) fill out an incident report located in the childcare binder and inform parent.
