Ask teachers to sign up for registration day roles. We used signup genius in the past:
For each event, have a plan for photographs
- Not too intrusive on students or the event
- Share them with school leadership afterwards
Invite them into relationship (promote social events)
- Helps them learn
- Helps them stay with us longer
When?
- during break (coordinate with school lead about investing break time in case there are other things scheduled)
- if it’s registration day, can be for when they’re done

Plan social events for teachers (could be delegated)
- Could include regular prayer
- Could include beginning of year and end of year thank-you
