➡️Confirm our ideal facility needs with School Leader or Assistant Leader for the next 12 months

  • # of classrooms and any special supplies each one needs.
  • Tables for Ops team.
  • Child care setup needs (e.g. ask NHBC if we can use both playgrounds).
  • What food supplies do we want to ask for from property hosts?
  • Regular class dates & times we’ll need the building prepared. This means that during the Spring, the Fall dates will need to be known so they can be requested well in advance
  • Find out our exceptional days (when we don’t meet e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Masters)
  • Additional events such as:
    • Summer assessment events
    • Fall Launch
    • Teacher training

➡️Confirm what food supplies we want to ask for from property hosts (may need to get with Ops Leader or Hospitality – Food role).

  • Note: This is a lower priority and can be done after initial reservation.
  • For FPC, this is probably best done by this role.
  • For NHBC, this request of supplies may be best done by the hospitality person.

Request FPC provides plates, napkins, skirted table hot water, cold water, and cups for both.

Note: Request Plates or forks/spoons every week from FPC if needed
