Purpose statement
By serving the needs of children we actually serve whole families. But we must do so in a way that is safe for all involved. This coordination role helps to ensure we have quality child care workers in place.
Summary of goals
- For either Thursday am or Thursday pm ESL School
- Regularly pray by name for the workers and the families we serve.
- Recruit new child care workers
- Receive applications for new child care workers
- Schedule child care workers (encourage them to find their own replacement if they’ll be out)
- Ensure background checks are complete
- Ensure background checks come back with a favorable report before moving forward with a potential worker
