Purpose statement
There are many needs for servant leadership on our team: discipling, coaching, strategic leadership, and more.
Summary of goals
We need servant leaders in many areas as we serve the internationals among us. You don’t have to be a particular personality since there are many different types of leadership roles we need filled, such as:
- serving as a coach (we can talk with you about what questions)
- strategy / vision
- planning / administration
- shepherding
- decision advising
