ESL Assistant Teacher
Why? (purpose of this role)
To help ESL teachers as they teach and care for internationals in their class.
What? (goals of this role)
- Regularly pray for your students and the other volunteers on your Ministry Team (e.g. ESL Class)
- Be present in class to observe and to assist in teaching as appropriate
- Provide administrative / technical support as needed
- Relationally connect with students
- Other responsibilities as directed by Teachers
- You will need to set up a time with the Teacher to fill out this Assistant Teacher collaboration form together (just once per year).

Prerequisites
There are many reasons we can find to avoid connecting with Jesus' bride. But He still loves her and is working in and through her, so we need to lean in. And sporadic or virtual participation is not enough (unless you're in a closed country where there are no local believers).
