Discipleship Coach
Why? (purpose of this role)
Discipleship coaching is prayerful, intentional questioning, listening, and feedback in order to help equip as a discipler the one being coached.
What? (goals of this role)
Provide periodic coaching for those doing in-person ministry such as Conversation Partners, Bible Study Leaders, ESL Teachers, etc.

Prerequisites
There are many reasons we can find to avoid connecting with Jesus' bride. But He still loves her and is working in and through her, so we need to lean in. And sporadic or virtual participation is not enough (unless you're in a closed country where there are no local believers).
