Discipleship Ministries Servant-Leadership Team
Why? (purpose of this role)
Lead Link's more organic ministries to provide pre-discipleship and discipleship experiences for those we serve.
What? (goals of this role)
We need servant leaders as we try to make disciples among those God has brought here. You don’t have to be a particular personality since there are many different types of leadership roles we need filled, such as:
- serving as a coach (we can talk with you about what questions)
- strategy / vision
- planning / administration
- shepherding
- decision advising
Who? (others you would serve with)
How?
Prerequisites
There are many reasons we can find to avoid connecting with Jesus' bride. But He still loves her and is working in and through her, so we need to lean in. And sporadic or virtual participation is not enough (unless you're in a closed country where there are no local believers).
