Discussion facilitator
You serve a key position as a small group discussion facilitator for internationals during our weekly, in-home, dinner & discussions.
ESL Teacher / Co-Teacher
Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to adult Internationals from all over the world so they can function more fully in the United States and ultimately experience the hope of eternal life. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience. As long as you can speak English and love internationals, we will train you, get you a co-teacher, and set you two up for success. with a small group of students who are on a specific level (from Beginner to Advanced). Curriculum provided.
ESL Assistant Teacher
To help ESL teachers as they teach and care for internationals in their class.
ESL Speaking Assessments
When students sign up for English classes, they need to be assessed in order to determine what level they should be in. When they are in a class that is a good fit for them, it helps them stay with us.
ESL Overall Ministry Leader
Come help us lead this popular ministry. In full disclosure: it won’t bring you fame & fortune (well, not in this life…).
ESL Pedagogist
This technical expert must have formal ESL training. They work with the ESL Program Lead to help us ever work toward a quality level of English instruction. We are not primarily a secular English school, however, we do want to provide excellent value to our students.

ESL School Facility Host
Open the building as if it were your own home in order to provide a welcoming environment for the internationals who have come to learn English.
ESL School Host (Thursday am or pm)
Like hosting in a home, help our English students feel welcome and get to their class. Free up the School Leader to visit teachers & internationals in classes.
Social Media Administrator
Link’s social media channels and the rest of its digital marketing is primarily focused on those we are serving: internationals! So this person seeks to engage with existing and new internationals in the CSRA to serve them and encourage engagement in our activities. You will work with the Link Director and other leaders to help get direction for content and more detailed communication goals. We hope you have ideas, too! It will help if you have experience in this area (or at least like social media…). It also doesn’t hurt if you’re not afraid to try new things. Our international friends are not always on the same channels that we are!
Video / creative media
There are so many amazing stories that our international friends have. We have a few ourselves since we love to showcase what we see God doing. Would you help us tell those stories? Video is great, but it doesn’t have to be limited to that. You would work with our Director, Social Media Coordinator, and others.
Social Events Coordinator
In this role you can come up with ideas for social events that meet the needs of all those we serve or just those in a particular group.
Tech Support
You don’t have to have a degree to help someone with their technology. All you have to do is be willing to share what you know, or maybe even learn a little more. Do you actually enjoy technology? All the better!
Servant leadership
There are many needs for servant leadership on our team: discipling, coaching, strategic leadership, and more.
Link Policies Advising
There are a lot of moving pieces in our ministry and we want to make sure we love well, not only by obeying the law, but going beyond that to the “law of love” in scripture with good ethical practices. We need someone who doesn’t mind details and who can think with prevention in mind.

We need lots of feedback from our volunteers and those we serve in order to love well. In this role you can help us in getting this feedback. Don’t worry, we can make it easy.

Help a non-native English speaker by reviewing a professional document or presentation.
Discipleship Coach
Discipleship coaching is prayerful, intentional questioning, listening, and feedback in order to help equip as a discipler the one being coached.
ESL School Leader
ESL is the primary means by which Link connects with and serves internationals in our area. The two ESL School Leaders lead the morning & evening ESL schools, supporting volunteers and leading them to serve the students well, for their salvation, our greater joy, and God’s greater glory. As leader of a school, the buck stops here for all areas of ministry. Assistant School Leader has only some of the responsibilities as School Leader.

By serving the needs of children we actually serve whole families. But we must do so in a way that is safe for all involved. This coordination role helps to ensure we have quality child care workers in place.
ESL Student Registration
Registration is not just an administrative necessity. It is important for several reasons: helps them have “skin in the game,” gives them the opportunity to engage in activities that are even more spiritually intentional, helps us know them, and helps them not fall through the cracks.
