ESL School Events Support

What? (goals of this role)

• Pray over each event and the calendar. How might the Lord use it to help others know Him?
• If needed, support events at the school such as
  • Start of school year launch
  • Teacher training meetings
  • End of semester parties
• The type of support needed includes:
  • Rooms
  • Food
  • RSVPs
  • etc.
• Optional: social
  • Plan one or more social events for your ESL School (morning or evening)
  • Learn about the relationship / social event goals of ESL class Ministry Teams.
  • Coordinate with Link-wide Social Events Coordinator to avoid schedule conflicts and duplicated efforts.
  • Aim for events that:
    • Facilitate conversation
    • Do not require high levels of English ability
  • Decide whether or not to make it child/family friendly
